Please see below all of the codes and regulations at House of Nine. Here you can study and understand all that is on offer at the club and how to make the most of all the benefits included. If you have any questions please contact the House of Nine team. 

Membership regulations and ethical code

During the day members can bring up to 2 guests to enjoy the club activities, these are: 

  • Members Lounge (open 8:00 - 24:00 all week except for events)

  • Smart Working (open 8:00 - 20:00)

  • Gym (open 8:00 - 20:00)

  • SPA (open 8:00 - 21:00)

  • Club Nine Salotti (open 8:00 - 24:00 all week except for events and private bookings) 

For breakfast or lunch members may bring any number of guests.

Members wishing to bring guests outside of breakfast and lunch may bring the same guest only once every 3 months. Guests using the facilities (listed above) will be registered and any particular individual will be refused more than one entrance a month as a guest even if hosted by a different member to the previous occasion. At this point the guest will have the option to become a member.

The members area will be open every evening for socialising and use of members with no restrictions on guests. If the club is closed in the evening for an event advanced notice shall be given to all members, this can occur a maximum of only 5 times per month outside the Daisy's Dining nights and is bookable by members only within the guidelines set out below.  

Memberships this year will be closed at 350. 

The entrance for the club is at Via dei Conti 7.

From 8pm when there is no event the entrance to the club will be via the hotel Number Nine at Via dei Conti 9.  

Evening drinks 
Provided no prior event has been booked members will be able to bring any number of guests into the club from 8pm.

Members drinks, cigars, club menu and aperol open every night except Daisy's Dining nights and one off events. Bar closes at midnight, but can stay open later according to demand.  

Social and Club Dining
Members dining can be arranged with 72 hours notice and requires a minimum of 6 persons. From 6 - 12 persons the menu will be a la carte, and from 12 persons and above you will need to fix your menu. 

The private dining room (Billiard Room) is also available for small dinners and events with a capacity of 14 persons. 

Bookings of up to 30 persons can be taken within the club, but the club will remain open to other members unless privatised according to the regulations below. 

We ask for as much advance notice for larger groups and special requests to be able to guarantee our service to the standards we always aspire to. 

Regular kitchen services:

Breakfast / Brunch is open every day from 8am to 12:00pm

Lunch is open everyday.

The Club Menu is open all day every day.

Private meetings / Smart Working 

The salotti are available to be booked for meetings in the day and can also serve for private dining at lunch and dinner. 

The smart working area is open to all members without reservations on a first come first served basis. The club lounge and salotti can also be used for working throughout the day according to availability. 

 

BOOKING REGULATIONS

Members have the opportunity to privatise spaces within the club within the following guidelines. 

Entire Club:

The entire club can be taken for a private event with a minimum booking for 40 persons at dinner. This can happen only up to 5 times a month, and any one member can only book this service once every 6 months subject to the availability of the space and demand from other members.  

Alongside your private dinner members will have a 15% discount on all Daisy's entertainment services as desired. 

 

Billiard Room / Cigar and Games Room (From 8pm):

These spaces can be booked for a private dinner, games or cigar night up to once a week with a minimum participation of 10 persons in order to privatise the space. Capacity for private dining in this space is 14 persons. 

Any one member can only privatise these spaces once every two months subject to the availability of the space and demand from other members. 

Smoking is not permitted in the cigar room until after 20:00, unless the cigar room is booked with advanced notice for an afternoon by a member according to the guidelines set out for private bookings. 

 

Meeting Room (8am to 7pm):

Members can book slots in our meeting spaces according to their needs during the day. This service is available all day and members can book up to 10 hours of private meeting spaces per month on a regular basis. 

Private lunches or breakfasts can also be arranged to accompany the working day. 

 

SPA / SPA HOME THEATER

The SPA Cinema area is bookable each evening by members and there is no restriction on bookings throughout the year. During the day the streaming in the SPA Home Theatre will be a set programme as defined by House of Nine and will not be editable by the users of the SPA, only in the evening when privatised will members be able to choose their streaming programme. 

In the SPA general areas consumption of food and drink is not permitted. In the SPA Tea area and SPA Cinema our room service and drinks menu is available upon request, but all produce must be consumed strictly in these areas only.  

To privatise the entire SPA after 9:30pm will require at least 48 hours notice, otherwise services such as the Jacuzzi, Haman, Endless Pool and Sauna close at  9:00pm.  

As per the contract according to demand all bookings of these areas will be distributed as fairly as possible across members to ensure fair access to all spaces. 

 

SOCIAL & CULTURE CALENDAR

 TUESDAY NIGHT is members night and we will have a small self-service buffet available each Tuesday complimentary for members and one guest per person. On these evenings we will be gradually including card games, some light music, and other fun social activities.  

FRIDAY NIGHT (and Thursday from May) is DAISY'S DINING. Members have a 15% discount on all bookings for dinner services and the top seats in the house. Up to a maximum of 30 members can also come after dinner without needing to pay a ticket from 21:15 to enjoy the club and take a dance, booking is recommended.

1 week a month a special Daisy's Dining show will be in the programme to give full variety to the programme. 

ONCE A MONTH a members event will be thrown with entertainment or culture included, and a flying dinner for all members. Members will be able to bring one guest, and places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Drinks are not included in this event, but members retain their discount.

SPA, SPA Home Theater and Gym 

The gym will be open each day from 8am to 8pm. Upon request the gym may be held open later in the evening providing there is not an event.  

The SPA will be open each day from 8pm to 9:00pm. From 9:30pm members can privatise the SPA Home Theater included in their membership, choose their film from the streaming system and enjoy a private night in the SPA cinema. If members wish to take the whole SPA privately from 8:30, keeping open all services until 00:00, this is possible with a charge of €250.  

Any children under the age of 16 - 18 must be accompanied by the adult member in the SPA and Gym at all times.

Personal Training 

In our small class studio there are many hours of bookable slots where you may wish to bring your own personal trainer or book one of ours. Please coordinate with the Nine Vita team and see the available slots on the timetable. 

Private slots are booked on a first come first service basis and are limited to one slot per week per member. All other services work according to the Nine Vita schedule. 

All personal trainers must provide the correct certification in order to access our facilities, both the personal trainer and member will need to present a medical certificate before using the facilities for these purposes.

Deposits and no show / cancellation policy 

For dining in the club a no show / cancellation policy within 48 hours will be in place and will be the equivalent of €50 per person. Said charge will be added to the members bill at the end of the month. 

In order to finalise a private booking for the whole club a non refundable deposit of 25% will be blocked on the members account.

The management reserves the right to modify the methods of private use of the entire club or specific spaces in order to allow use by all members based on requests and occupancy in the spirit of making the spaces available to the greatest number of members who want to use private services.
