NINE’S KITCHEN

At the heart of Chef Gioele's culinary philosophy lies a celebration of the seasons, where simplicity meets sophistication in every dish. Each menu is thoughtfully curated to reflect the freshest ingredients of the moment, transforming them into elegant, yet unpretentious offerings that delight the senses. These seasonal creations are artfully paired with an exceptional selection of wines. Chef Gioele invites you to savour the beauty of simplicity, where great taste is always in season.

Dinner is selected from our seasonal tasting menus created by Chef Gioele in the Nine Kitchen. The options per person are as follows:

Seasonal Menu

€75 - 4 courses (with paired wines each course €95)

€90 - 5 courses (with paired wines each course €115)

€105 - 6 courses (with paired wines each course €135)

Iconic menu

€140 - 4 courses (with paired wines each course €160)

€170 - 5 courses (with paired wines each course €195)

€240 - 6 courses (with paired wines each course €270)

Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options are available. Last orders in the kitchen is 21:45 and please be aware that the show starts at 22:00 so we recommend coming a little earlier to make the most of your dining experience and show. 

Dinner is bookable from 20:00 to 21:30. 

Upon arrival you can choose an array of options from our seasonal tasting menu starting at €75 per person. 

From 20:00 to 21:00 background live music will be on the Daisy’s stage.

The main show starts at 22:00 and finishes at 23:30. The bar closes at 00:30. 

From 21:00 the doors open for the show and drinks only, places are limited so booking is recommended.

Entrance costs €30 with a drink included, and the show starts at 22:00.
