ACTION STAGE

  • 2 guided slots a week with the Nine Coach to create your training habit.

CHECK UP EVERY THREE MONTHS:

  • Consultation to adjust and elevate your training routine.

  • Fix your next three months objectives.

  • 1 month follow-up with one guided training session per week.
